Anna Leigh Ashford

Annaleigh Amanda Ashford, an American singer-dancer and actress. She was a dancer and singer in the early days of Broadway role titles are Wicked Legally Blonde & Hair. In You Can't Take It With You She was the recipient of the Tony Award as Best Featured actor in a Play. Annaleigh Ashford is a Tony Award winner actor has collaborated with numerous acclaimed directors and actors on theatre and in television. Ashford continues to build on her award-winning career with her upcoming projects. Ashford's upcoming production will be an exclusive Hulu show called Welcome to Chippendales, created by Robert Siegel. The show is set to premiere on November 22nd and Ashford plays opposite Kumail Najiani. Ashford is in the process of completing production for Searchlight Pictures' horror thriller Dust which stars Sarah Paulson and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. The film is scheduled to stream on Disney's DTC platforms and will be available as a Hulu Original. Ashford returns to Broadway in March 2023, where he will star alongside Josh Groban opposite Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd. The production is located at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. The production team of Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller and director Thomas Kail will be at helm of the production. Ashford starred as Paula Jones, the main character of Ryan Murphy's latest FX drama American Crime Story Impeachment. It is based upon an incident that took place in the United States, involving Paula Jones Monica Lewinsky Linda Tripp as well as other main character. Ashford was a part of two seasons in CBS hit comedy B Positive. It was written by Marco Pennette, Chuck Lorre and Linda Lavin. It also featured Hector Elizondo and Ben Vereen.
